Registration for their admins and subscribers went up just a few min ago, I would expect registration to be up for everyone somewhere between a few days and a week.

Doors open at 8:00am on Saturday and close at 6:00pm on Sunday. That's 34 straight hours of Stompfest goodness!

Registration opens March 5, 2010 for Stompfest Admins and subscribers, March 6, 2010 for everyone else.

Cost:
$25 - Pre-registered via website with Paypal or money order. No personal checks or cash!
$30 - At the door, without pre-registering (if seats are available)

Parents and on-lookers can get in for free for a limited amount of time.

Who:
All gamers 10 years and older. Gamers 15 or under must be accompanied with an adult.
Gamers under 18 years of age must have their parents permission to attend Stompfest. Parents must download and sign this permission slip.
No one under 18 years of age will be permitted into Stompfest without written permission from a parent or guardian.

Bring:
Your computer and monitor - Only one per Gamer
Headphones - No speakers will be allowed.
Network cable (RJ45) - At least 25 foot.
Power strip - UPSs are not allowed.
CD/DVDs - All of your game disks (if needed). It is strongly suggested you make backups of your disks and bring those.
Good Attitude - Good sportsmanship is a must!

so we are signed up and excited to go. Any plans on getting a hotel? Cory when do you think we will be leaving? ect

If we set our plans now we can maybe get a better price on a hotel if needed and people can carpool

I was talking to JJ about this, and i'd be interested in putting $20 into a hotel room for the night for Myself and Nick_wic. we'd just want some floor from 3 am - 8 am and then a shower. Let me know what everyone is able to figure out.
I'll try to post something on stompfest tonight to determine if they will have a quiet room anywhere that people can crash, then i would just need a shower

Plans? I don't care if I sleep in the car lol. but if a hotel is in the picture I'd gladly chip in. kinda like dave.. all I care about is some floor space and a shower. I was also thinking about the ride. I'd generously chip in on gas I'm thinking we should take ur ride. never know when mine will decide its not the day it wants to start.

HMM I would love to go but i dont really have a good enough pc for events like this but i can be on the maybe attentinding since here pretty soon im gonna try and get me a pretty good pc

ok cory up to you bud. As long as most everyone is brining "small" rigs we should be able to fig the 4 people in mine. If you and adam bring laptops we would be in even better shape, we could even bring the lanoc server then.

As for a hotel, ill have to look into it. If I am driving i will need sleep. With the an starting so early im just wondering if we are going go need to get there the night before or not also

starts @ 8 if I remember correctly ( way to lazy to re-look it up ) if we leave @ 7 we can be there by 10. I'm comfortable with driving if I can get the Aztek running correctly. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow after work ( yea you heard it I'm cutting into FF13 time to take care of a stupid car ) It all depends on cost..

it could be a list of things

some sort of misfire most likely, but im surprised you haven't had to replace the intake manifold gasket on it yet (they are known for going out around 70k miles)

sigh lets get a hotel so we are guaranteed showers and sleep bc if no sleep for me i will be super grumpy and no one likes me when im super grumpy
